The WT-007CKJ card punching machine is designed to punch cards of various materials, including paper, PVC, ABS, PET, and more. It is suitable for manufacturing card sizes ranging from 54*54mm to 210*210mm. The machine's X and Y axes align and position sheets bidirectionally, enabling the punching and forming of card shapes and round corners in one step. This card punching machine is equipped with automated collection and scrap removal capabilities.
1.Sheet Feeding Unit
Two feeding modules alternate the supply of sheets, with the position parameter adjustable to ±0.10mm.
2.Punching Unit
The punch press is designed to accommodate a wide range of materials and thicknesses, allowing for easy adjustment of both pressure and speed. The quick tool changing feature ensures that the press can be used with varying cards.
3.Punched Card Collection Unit
The specially designed card collection unit is designed to automatically stack and collect cards in an orderly manner, eliminating the need for secondary sorting.
4. PLC &HMI
The PLC control system monitors the machine's operational status in real-time, halting the machine and triggering an alarm in the event of an irregular occurrence.
