Single-mode visual positioning small card cutting and die-cutting machine
The card punching machine is designed to punch cards of various materials including paper, PVC, ABS, PET, etc. It is suitable for manufacturing card sizes ranging from 20*20mm to 210*210mm. Sheets are aligned and positioned bi-directionally by X and Y axes, enabling the card shapes and round corners to be punched and formed in one step. This card punching machine can automatically accomplish punched card collection and scrap removal.
Finished Cards Sample
-
Sheet feeding unit:OMRON sensor works with feeding module for high accuracy of sheet position, position parameter is adjustable, the accuracy can reach ±0.10mm;
-
Punching unit:Punching pressure and speed can be easily adjusted to accommodate cards of diverse materials and thicknesses, quick tool changing can be achieved when cards are varying;
-
Punched card collection unit:Specially designed card collection unit automatically stacks and collects cards in an orderly manner, eliminating the need for secondary sorting;
-
PLC & HMI:PLC control system automatically monitors machine running status, the machine will immediately stop and actuate alarm in the event of abnormal operation;

MOLD (PARTIAL DISPLAY)
The function of a card cutting machine is to improve production efficiency. In traditional manual cutting methods, workers use knives to cut cards by hand, which is inefficient and prone to inaccurate cuts and uneven edges. With the advent of card cutting machines, the cutting process of cards has been automated, greatly improving production efficiency and saving labor and time costs.
